Governor Bill Walker announced on Wednesday his appointment of Nicholas Miller to the Marijuana Control Board.
Miller is in the process of opening a retail marijuana business in Anchorage and is the current Chair of the Anchorage Cannabis Business Association, whose members consist of those in the process of filing for state and local licensing to open cannabis-related businesses. The association’s goal is to provide two-way communication between industry participants and government officials and agencies.
